What services does Pittsburgh Behavioral Services provide?

PBS provides a variety of different services designed to meet the specific needs of the children and families we serve. Through direct services and program consultation we provide highly trained staff who specialize in research validated strategies. Our clinical services are licensed through the PA Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services.   Please visit our services page for more detailed information on specific services (can we link?). This fall we also opened a pre-k-kindergarten program. Check out the Pittsburgh ABA tab for more details!

Does Pittsburgh Behavioral Services have a waitlist?

Availability is dependent upon family needs and availability of current PBS staff. If we are unavailable to provide services to meet the needs of a child and family we can provide resources to assist in finding the appropriate services.

What insurance coverage does Pittsburgh Behavioral Services accept?

We are currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, Highmark, and United Health Care. We also offer services through private pay for families not in the listed networks.

How can I submit a request for services?
